yeh some crazy shit at that show....saw a 52 or so chev that was totally amazing...but ...then again....im not sure if i want my car to look like a mexican blanket!....but i do love the care and workmanship....ah whatever...i just love people loving their cars and bikes....the end.
Well, I do not see it as gawdy at all. Now take this with a grain of salt coming from a man with a green and silver metal flaked t-bird with magenta pinstripes. But I just think it is the pendulem swinging the other way. From no paint rust bullshit to over the top paint skemes. I really find alot of inspiration from the Japanees. I like how thier culture is wrapped around "do it to the best of your ability or do not do it at all". So in that sense Dave I think you are right they are doing American better than we are.
Put down your spray gun, throw your brushes away. It's official, the Japanese are better at us than we are...
