Stopped by Love Cycles this morning. Great little shop that builds some very nice bikes. Jeremiah was very welcoming, and showed me all of the goodies that he is working on. He also gave me some tips on things to do while in Phoenix for the week. Did I mention it's 112 degrees today???

Phoenix...
Just off the beaten path, towards the under belly of the downtown. There is always alot to inspire. Great old signs, urban artwork, cool junkyards, and almost no one on the streets (at least in the daylight). This area is slowly being torn down, to be rebuilt into the "modern downtown". These are some cool areas that I found while wandering the streets of Phoenix.

La Mission...
Went to see La Mission this afternoon, I have been wanting to see this movie for some time, and it finally made it to the sticks. Great movie, full of east bay Bombs. If you see it listed somewhere, go see it...

Sextant Winery signs...
I finally got these signs finished and hung. Gloss black and gold leaf on a old tin sided building. Nice contrast, new and old...

Milestone Hot Rods...
Today (this morning @ 5am) I headed over the Grapevine to Logan Davis' Milestone Hot Rod's in Castaic, Ca. to letter his almost finished 31' Bonneville racer. This is such a nice build (as are all of Logan's cars) and I was glad to be asked to letter it. I can't wait to see this car run at Speed Week!

Born Free 2...
Huge is the best way to describe the 2nd Born Free show. There were so many people and bikes, that at times it was hard to look around. Everything went off without a hitch, and it was a great day. I was very proud to have a small part in the sponsorship of the show. Here are a few pics of the day, the people, and the bikes...
