Lucky B Design booth at 805

This was my setup at the 805 Beer compound, at Famoso Raceway this past Saturday. Good day, good to see lots of you out there.

March Meet 2015...

A week from today (Saturday) I will be at the March Meet, working at the 805 Beer booth. I will be lettering a couple of little panels, hanging out, and peddling some Lucky B Design swag. Come by and say hello, and have a beer served from the "kegerator" teardrop trailer that I hand lettered this past week... See you there!

Hot Rod Reunion....

To say that this years H.R. Reunion was packed is an under statement! There were so many people. Not to mention, historical race cars and historical racers. At times it was hard to navigate. But this worked out, because as you would try to snake your way around a blockage, you would find a hidden pack of front engine dragsters, or Gasser's. Everywhere you looked, something else would catch your eye. So many cars are coming out of the woodwork. These "as found" cars are so artistic, painted in the 60's or early 70's, they are a true study in the medium of the day. There are so many ideas to be taken and applied today. This is a true "Art Show". I could have filled the entire blog up with pics from this event, but here are just a few. Enjoy...
