Before and After...

 Another set of hand lettered with patina doors finished up today. Keep em' coming, I can't get enough! Every time one of these trucks go out, someone else sees it and calls for lettering of their own. This truck was brought up from Costa Mesa and had been lettered as the Rooster Cafe. Stripped off the paint, and re-lettered the truck, got to love old lacquer...

Villa Creek sign...

Took a break today, and managed to get in a nice motorbike ride through some of the incredible back roads that are surrounding my shop in every direction. Took a picture of the Villa Creek Tasting Room sign that I made a few years back. Stainless and rust, a real nice contrast, and only getting better with time...

Warbirds and Wheels...



Stopped by the Estrella warbirds museum and Woodland family race museum today for their Warbirds, Wings and Wheels show. This years special guest was Blackie Gejeian, who was signing posters and talking with people about his famous roadster. This show just keeps getting bigger, and the mix of cars is getting much better. The recently expanded Woodland race car museum is over the top, and I am proud to have worked on some excellent cars for them. A sea of classic cars, boats & motorbikes parked under the wings of vintage war planes, a real treat...
