Speed...

I spent the last few days in Southern California hand lettering Logan Davis' V.P. Special Bonneville Streamliner. This is such a killer racer! The flathead 4 goes in next week. I can't wait to see what this car does on the salt...

Workin' Born Free 5...

A big month leading up to a big weekend. Born Free 5 was such a success! As someone who has been to every year, it is insane to see the growth of this show. I am very proud to have been a part of this show again this year as a sponsor. I pushed a lot of paint on the invited builders signs, and it was so great to see them finished and mounted next to the outstanding bike builds. I feel humbled to be mixed with this group of craftsmen, and it was so nice to make contact with many of them. Contacts, new friends and killer bikes, that's what Born Free has become. Mike & Grant, you guys once again have pulled of the impossible! Thanks again, for all of your work throughout the year, to make this show happen...

Born Free 5 signs...

Born Free 5 is just a few days from now. For the last few weeks, I have been hand lettering the builders signs for the show. 33 signs total! Now that they are almost behind me, I am getting excited for the show. Time to start planning out my booth and getting everything there safely. Please stop by the Lucky B Design booth and say hello. We will have shirts, hats and other goodies, as well as the 1906 Reading Standard Board-Tracker, and Rob's Cone Shovel that should be finished any day??? Looking forward to it all, and so proud to be a sponsor of this great bike show! See you there....

Rob's Shovel Tins...

Here is a set of tins that I just finished for Rob, just in time to hopefully get together for Born Free 5. Variegated Gold Leaf and Copper Leaf with pinstriping. The black background is powder coat, if you can believe that! Buried in five coats of clear by Bryan Thompson. So happy with this one!
